Order Fulfillment Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
• Organize and prioritize incoming Nabati Direct Distribution (NDD) and other distributors orders for processing.
• Processing of all Nabati Direct Distribution (NDD) and other distributors Transfer orders/Stock Issuances and stocks in
transit or database /ERP systems entries.
• Recognize and respond to Nabati Direct Distribution (NDD) and other distributors needs by gathering relevant data to
support calculated decision making, while improving supply chain efficiency and documenting trends.
• Prepare recommendations and optimize data results where possible to improve delivery expectations.
• Create and distribute open order reports to Warehouse & Logistics Officer.
• Documentation of all Transfer orders/Stock Issuances file.
• Participate thoroughly on stocks actual inventory count.
• May to do other tasks under Supply Chain Department.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, stock receiving, stock issuances
• In-depth knowledge of In-bound and Out-bound warehousing (Supply Chain) process and operations.
• Knowledge/experience of handling order fulfillment/equivalent responsibilities.
• Experience in FMCG/Retail is an advantage.
• Working knowledge on relational databases and ERP systems (SAP, MS-Navi, MS-Dynamics, Oracle…others).
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
