Collaborate with other stakeholders to integrate CaPEx systems or processes for order fulfillment. Direct pick-up and deliveries and transportation, manpower allocation & dispatch, safety performance, or logistics quality management. Track and monitor the utilization of trucks, using CaPEx systems, applications vehicles and other order management related activities. Monitor and track field checker performance. Execute strategies or special arrangements to ensure completion of pick-up based on requested or time of booking. Reorganize pick-up schedules to consolidate loads, maximize vehicle usage, or optimize vehicle utilization. Apply analytic methods or tools to predict, or control order management activities. Prepare reports on order management performance measures such as on-time pick-up/ delivery success rate.
