Job Description:

• Responsible for receiving and quality control of incoming stocks.
• Accurately encode and document inventory information.
• Managing and executing stock pullout ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Conduct accurate and timely stock-taking counts.
• Efficient and accurate packing of customer orders, maintaining timely fulfillment in responsible manner.
• Responsible for efficiently organizing and maintaining stock inventory within the storage room.
• Ensuring accurate and timely inventory reconciliation through record-keeping, data analysis, and collaboration.
• Managing and posting sales transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Job Qualification
• Graduate of any 4-year business course
• Knowledgeable on inventory process and cashiering
• Ability to communicate professionally with the customers
• Work experience in retail and ecommerce is a plus
• Has strong analytical ability
• Independent worker, self-starter and takes initiate
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong and to be under cooperative/agency
• Full time position available
