Oracle Pl/Sql Developer

Metacom BPO is Urgently Hiring an Oracle PL/SQL Developer!
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Oracle PL/SQL Developer to provide 1st and 2nd-level support for customer agent support systems, focusing on resolving transaction issues.
Candidates should have experience in call center support and strong SQL/PLSQL skills, with Oracle utilities and Unix experience being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
1st Level Support:
- Provide support for Agent Support APP (Clarify/IVR/WEB/TAS) and related platforms (RRP/BRM/RTR/POSA/MAX/PCRF).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by call centers or customer representatives, particularly when transactions fail.
- Offer daily support for in-house agent support systems.

Technical Analysis:
- Conduct proactive research and analysis of reported issues to assist with troubleshooting and root cause identification.
- Provide insights that help expedite the resolution process for the next level of support.
3.
Reporting and Administrative Tasks:
- Regularly update status reports and handle necessary administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with Oracle SQL is required.
- At least 1 year of experience with Oracle PL/SQL is preferred.
- Knowledge of Java, SOA, and Web Services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Unix-based operating systems is a plus.
- Experience writing SQL queries in an RDBMS environment.
- Working knowledge of Clarify systems, with experience in testing/QA in telecommunications preferred.
Work Arrangement: On-site (IT Park, Cebu)
