Oracle Hcm (Human Capital Managemeny) Sr Associate

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Relevant work experience
Experience in core Oracle HCM modules: Core Human Resources, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence Management, Workforce Modeling and Predictions, Workforce Directory, HR Help Desk, and Work Life Solutions Advanced HCM
Exposure to other Talent Management submodules: Succession Planning, Goal Management, and Performance Planning
Should have experience in combination of at least 2 modules for SAs and above
At least 3-4 Full Cycle Implementation experience
Implementation in Oracle Fusion (Oracle Cloud)
Managers and up should have some people management experience

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Certifications are not required but an advantage
Strong communication skills
