Qualifications:- Over 3 to 5 years of experience as HCM Business Analysist working closely with HR Business users and HR
Management teams - Overall experience of 10 years as HCM Functional / Business Analysist - Hands on experience
in Fusion HCM – Core HR, Absences, Time & Labour, Fusion Recruit, Fusion Learn, Fusion Talent Management
Atleast 1 end to end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Implementation experience as Functional Consultant - Good
Experience across Fusion HCM configuration, Functional end to end Testing, Data migration, User training and Post
Golive Support - Strong Communication Skills - Experience in handling, conducting workshops with Sr HR business
users and management teams and managing the discussions

Job Description:
Generic JD: 1.
Lead and participate in the implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) of HRIS
solutions, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
2.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in all modules of
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including Workforce Administration, Absences, HR Self-Service, Time and Labor,
Recruitment, Talent Management, and Compensation.
3.
Lead and actively participate in end-to-end integration
efforts between Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and legacy payroll systems.
4.
Lead and actively participate in at least
three Fusion HCM Cloud projects, focusing on HR transformation initiatives.
5.
Configure and customize Oracle
Fusion HCM Cloud modules according to business requirements.
6.
Lead and execute data migration and
reconciliation efforts from legacy HR systems to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
7.
Ensure adherence to the Oracle
Unified Method (OUM) or True Cloud Methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
8.
Collaborate effectively with
offshore teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
9.
Serve as an individual contributor, while also actively
participating in team collaboration and knowledge sharing efforts
