Job Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree holder
?With 1-2 years of experience in handling team
?With experience in BPO company is an advantage
?Willing to work on night shift schedule
?Amenable to attend interviews
?Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
?Review, maintain, and improve performance of the employees
?Manage internal operation metrics
?Work closely with operational leadership
?Conduct regular audits, coaching and feedback session
?Identify challenge and create solution
?Other task may be assigned from time to time
