**About the Role**

The role of the Operations Support Specialist is primarily to handle the operations of both delivery and fulfillment services ensuring smooth operations and monitors Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, follow through operation flow, product update (dashboard), handle Sales Channel Partner, CS/OPS flow coordinator with Singapore, system and process testing and development including UAT testing.
The role reports to the Country Manager.
**What You'll Do**
- Maintain eCommerce customer relationships by helping to process client transactions.
- Contribute to the implementation of systems for increasing eCommerce customer retention alongside other Client Services Team members.
- Manage product and system development in coordination with the Regional team as well as monitoring performance and informing key stakeholders
- Understanding customers' needs of the process and driving process improvements (focused on process optimization, cost reduction, customer experience and operational excellence)
- Energize teams and stakeholders, collect data, conduct diagnostic analysis, identify opportunities that positively impact quality, cost, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction, and present action plan to management
- Collaborate and engage cross functional members at all levels of the organization and execute initiatives that will drive operations efficiency.
- Monitoring day to day operations warehouse activities
- Responsible in improving and implementing new operation works flow
- Takes part in strategic planning to improve operations results
- Analyzing client data to provide customer satisfaction

**What You'll Need**
- At least 1-year of experience handling similar work in Logistics Ops or E-fulfillment Warehouse.
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or Inventory Management System
- Highly data driven and technology-enabled
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Outstanding critical-thinking, highly meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a multicultural environment
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote start-up organization
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
