\n What you'll do:Ensure accuracy of all data related to Driver SupportDevelop a process improvement for all Offboarding, KYC, Cashout, Insurance, COA,Change Driver InfoDevelop and implement strategies to retain existing drivers.Analyzes data to identify trends affecting driver retention.Collaborates with other teams for targeted driver engagement programs. What we seek: Someone with keen attention to details, a love for clerical work and a background in insurance What you'll need:1-2 years of administrative assistance experience Must know how to effectively use PIVOT and VLOOKUP functions in Google SheetsBackground in insurance would be preferrable Must be willing to work in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
