**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Coordinate troubleshooting of daily works with all departments- In-charge of forms such as Maintenance Request, Gate Pass, Work Permits, Transportation Requests, etc- Directs/monitors daily activities of Housekeeping, Pest Control, Laundry, Water Refilling, Drivers, Porter, and Reception to maintain daily normal workflow.- Maintains inventory of supplies and recommends replenishment when needed- In-charge of monetary safekeeping of penalties, reprinting fees, issuing of Order Requests and Acknowledgement Receipts for Accounting Department- In-charge of following up on Maintenance Form Requests and relying to tenants- Responsible in distributing documents to offices for any announcements, billing, other requirements implemented by management- Responsible in monitoring/ coordinating Lost and Found receiving, releasing, disposal and donation (with HR dept)- Responsible in coordinating/ monitoring garbage hauling activities, pest control and establishing cleaning plans/instructions per area.- Responsible in key management- Should be strict in implementing company rules and regulations- Do reports and other documentation for back tracking and monitoring of all concerns- Must practice safety procedures at all times- Must assist in any kind of emergency and initiate initial response- Maintain work area**JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**- Graduate of any four (4) years business course- At least one (1) year administrative experience- Able to understand and communicate in Mandarin is an advantage- Patient, critical thinker and people person- Excellent communication skills**HOURS OF WORK**- Shifting work schedule- 9 hours of work- 6 days work week**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php11,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Rotational shift
