Now, with our ever-growing clients to serve, we are looking for more **OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS **who will help us maintain our excellent service.
**About The Role**
As an **Operations Specialist **your duties and responsibilities include:
- Research, data entry, leads generation, cold calling and building of contacts database
- Prepares detailed Draft Beer Technician schedules
- Evaluates draft beer service progress accomplishment report
- Identifying potential service schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timely manner
- Monitor daily Draft Beer Technicians' performance and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure that service time and goals are met
- Conduct root cause analysis if there are any anomalies and execute an action plan to resolve the issues on time.
- Recognizes the revenue of the respective accounts handled, primarily through the invoicing/billing process, and prepares the necessary documents for collection of payments
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks and projects which may be assigned from time to time
**Role Requirements**
- A minimum of three (3) years' continuous experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service or Technical Support Representative or equivalent
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheet, Docs, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Meet, etc.)
- Prior General Virtual Assistant experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
- Must be willing to work Central US Business Hours
- Excellent English communication skills, verbally and in writing

Pay: From Php180.00 per hour
