Department Overview:

Global Treasury Management provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Operations Processor, Global Treasury Implementation.

In this role, you will:Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environmentRequire considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practicesCollect data and prepare related operational reportsPrepare input forms for automated data processing systemUtilize the company's internal operations to perform dutiesCoordinate projectsFurnish information to authorized personsProvide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretationRequired Qualifications:2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Must have completed (2) years of college educationAt least two (2) years of professional experience in financial servicesAdvanced knowledge on MS Excel, Analytics, Research, ReportingStrong written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated organizational and multi-tasking skillsHighly capable of meeting SLA deadlinesJob Expectations:Must be amenable to work full-time onsiteMust be amenable to work on US/night shiftMust be willing to work in Five/NEO, BGC, TaguigProvides maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services. Coordinates with customer service representatives regarding submitted customer requests. Ensures customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded, and systems are correctly installed. Communicates product dependencies and establishes timeline for implementation. Acts as a liaison between the client, sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers and client services as needed to deliver quality services that meet client needs. May perform post implementation analysis.
