Job SummaryThe Operations Assistant is responsible for sourcing and welcoming new members of the association. He/She is responsible for reporting the monthly billing/collection and addressing all LMS concerns.Job**Responsibilities**:1. Sends an invitation letter to all newly hired teachers.2. Sends a welcome letter to all new members.3. Prepares monthly billing/collection report and comparative monthly collection report.4. Assists LMS users with their concerns. Analyzes and logs these concerns and problems.6. Applies savings of co-makers to delinquent borrowers.7. Prepares and sends statement of accounts to members.8. Prepares a monthly monitoring of closed members and loans granted and, request for payment from branches.9. Posts loan payment of buy-out members. Calls and offers loan to buy-out member.10. Visits branches.11. Receives and answers phone call inquiries. Drafts a reply for complaints.12. Facilitates the processing of business permits and BIR registration and printing of BIR receipts.13. Provides advice to branches regarding BIR and other related issues.Skills and Qualifications:2. He/she must have knowledge in monitoring and recordkeeping practices.3. He/she must be analytical and attentive to details and facts.4. He/she must have good interpersonal skills.5. He/she must establish priorities, work independently and proceeds with objectives with minimum supervision.7. He/she must have knowledge and the ability to perform a range of standard clerical assignments and to resolve recurring problems.8.
