Operations Officer

Responsible for the day to day operations of the PITUYA business of the Company (e.g.
Trip Scheduling, Manpower, Maintenance, Diesel Requirements, Safekeeping)
- Visits the Fishpond in Bulacan, Bulacan regularly; assess and communicate the needs of the pond takers in the area.
- Prepares purchase request, material receiving reports, and other documents needed by the head office.
- Validates the payroll time sheet regularly
- Validates the purchase request of pond takers

**Salary**: From Php15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malabon City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fishpond: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
