Operations Manager - Us Accounting

Scope of Responsibilities:

Able to advise on US Accounting & Taxation, and Bookkeeping services.
Able to utilize and manage Teams for internal communication and monitoring of tasks.
Able to manage a team of US accountants, multi-task and prioritize deliverables, and meet service level agreements.
Able to effectively communicate internally and externally, both oral and written, to achieve organizational goals.
Able to confidently assess and resolve issues based on strong technical background and soft skills.
Able to provide mentorship, coaching and guidance to the team.
Job Requirements:

With a Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in BS Accountancy
A Certified Public Accountant is preferred but not required.
Software Certification in Xero, QuickBooks, CCH Access Tax, SAP and the like is highly desirable.
With at least 5 years of extensive experience in US Accounting.
With at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory to a managerial role.
Must be amenable to work on a Nightshift schedule and Onsite in Ortigas.
