Key Tasks Operation end to end process (from inbounding to delivering to end customers and manage returns) - Manage and monitor workflow and day to day operations (B2B and B2C business models) to compliance with internal and external regulations and policies/processes/service level agreements
- Oversee and study all operational reports executed by team to detect issues or needed improvements and provide directions to team (Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly )
- Monitor the performance metrics of different reporting teams and take necessary actions to improve
- Study and clearly understand about all used systems (Platform as Lazada, Shopee, TiktokShop, OMS, WMS,..) and the logic of each ones to maximize the efficient and minimize the errors that impact to day to day operation
- Support to build and implement SOPs or new way of working to ensure the consistency and effective of operational processes
People and team management - Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations
- Lead and coach the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all operational processes
- Identify team's development needs & drive improvement plans so the team is able to deliver the expected results in consistent manner
Trouble-shooting and decision making - Investigate the root cause of issues and evaluate all affecting factors to have clear and full picture
- Make decision after considering pros and cons of each solutions, situations and consequences
- Seek and build preventive action to avoid the issue/problem happens again
Stakeholders management - To coordinate with internals (Commercial, Business Development, Finance,..) and externals (warehouse/fulfillment partners, platform partners, LMDs, transportation partners,..) to maintain smoothly and seamless operation with optimized cost and resources
Business development/new projects - Analyze customers/projects needs and support on quotation making, consultant the best solution on demand
- Support to define and build workflow; test flow; manage improvements and optimizations
Optimize business process execution & grow the business - Drive ongoing improvement of operational processes with - - Top Management to deliver efficiencies, ensuring consistency across the entire operation
- Resolve business issues and problems with Top Management, finding best practice to achieve a solution without adding further complexity to processes or systems operation and escalate to Top Management as needed.
- Seek and implement options for supply chain management (SCM) expense optimization including looking for new better vendor or negotiating with current vendor for better rate card
Requirement / Experience Technical Experience 1. Minimally 3-4 years' experience in Warehouse Operations / Distributions / Logistics department in FMCG or Logistics Industry. Preferably with some exposure / experience / familiar with e-commerce platform & warehouse & logistics systems & transactions
2. Ability to trouble shoot & provide solutions for Fulfillment & Warehouse & Distributions activities
3. Preferably has some exposure / experience in managing Suppliers / 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Partners / Transporter
4. Proficiency in excel application and data analysis
Soft Skill 1. Strong at decision making and problem-solving skills
2. Good verbal & written communication skill set
3. Comfortable managing huge amount of data
4. Diligent & Proactive in follow ups to meet timelines & cutoffs
5. Ability to challenge status quo & seek continuous improvement
6. Passionate about consumer experience and eCommerce.
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and are a team player
8. Good leadership and people management skills
