Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced blanked (cloaking) Online Advertising Operations Manager to lead and oversee our online advertising operations with a focus on leveraging multiple technologies and systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing advertising campaigns, maximizing performance, and driving growth across various platforms and markets.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for online advertising campaigns to achieve optimal performance and ROI.Lead and manage the daily operations of the online advertising team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.Utilize various technologies and systems to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.Collaborate with internal teams, including media buy, studio, IT, etc. to align advertising efforts and achieve organizational objectives.Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance advertising effectiveness.Implement and optimize the use of advertising platforms and tools to support campaign execution.Establish and refine operational processes and procedures to streamline advertising operations and improve efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in blanked (cloaking) online advertising, digital marketing operations.Strong proficiency in managing online advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and optimizing blanked (clocking) online advertising campaigns using various technologies.Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
