**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Operations Clinic Manager is an integral role in each of our locations.
This position is responsible for the overall operational management of the clinic including all daily operations, staff management, inventory management and financial reporting.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2 years prior experience working in an AESTHETIC CLINIC setting
- With proven success in leadership roles
- Has experience working in start up aesthetic companies
- Has expertise in creating SOPs and documentation as far as operation is concern.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
- Must be CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented and strict in implementation of SOPs
- Willing to travel from different branches of the company
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Will be responsible to spearhead the execution of different SOPs in all of the company branches.
- Design and implement business strategies and SOPs to help the clinic meet organizational goals
- Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members
- Manage branch managers by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with the company policies are being followed.
- Other task that may be assigned.
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
