Operations Manager

College graduate
- With at least 1 year experience in an operations-related role
- Knows how to solve problems as they arise, has ability to negotiate, knows how to manage people
- Role is mobile and requires regular travel to different locations
- Supervision of nine branches across Luzon and Visayas - ensure that all branches are operating smoothly, addresses all branch-related problems as they arise
- Coordination and working with stakeholders - mall admin, suppliers, IT partners, clients
- Coordination and working with company management in order to address issues

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
