**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Ensure KPIs are stable, consistent, and met in a timely manner.
- Commit continuous productivity improvement through implementation of new systems, smart functions and optimization of services/processes
- Come up with preventive and corrective actions to improve performance.
- Handle escalations to reduce Business impact
- Identify critical areas and risks on all aspects and seek solutions and mitigations.
- Evaluate staff capability in terms of the skills and competencies required for project implementation and other tasks that may be assigned.
- Managing small project teams to develop, execute and complete assignments

- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper/executive management

- Accountable for ensuring that policies and procedures (internal controls) are in place and maintained

- Recruit, hire and train new managers in their direct area

- Monitor sales and work toward meeting monthly objectives
