Job Description:
 
As an Operations Manager within the food industry you'll be responsible for the daily coordination, improvement and execution of all food manufacturing operations; overseeing production, planning, quality control and maintenance.
In charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of the organizations lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
 
Head of Operations responsibilities includes designing policies, overseeing customer service, and implementing technology solutions.
You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business.
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and
high morale.Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team.
Design policies that align with overall strategy.
Implement efficient processes and standards.
Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Monitor all outlets sales, and concerns.
Monitor Outlets opening.
Conduct strict regular and random inventory of all outlets.
Oversee grill men's performance as well as the area Supervisor.
Oversee grill men's schedule of duty submitted by your area supervisor and must be submitted to HR for DTR and payroll purposes.
Insure that all grill men are following the implemented Standard Operating procedures (SOP) mandated by the management.
Conduct surprise audit to outlets.
