Operations Manager

This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Manager.
Responsibilities The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing remote teams, and ensuring that businesses are meeting their goals and targets. In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategic plans to optimize resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time. This role is very crucial to drive implementation of organizational strategies especially in digitalization.
Qualifications Previous experience working with Zoho One is a plus. Previous experience as an Operations Manager is a plus. Team Leaders with at least 3 year experience is acceptable. Experience in managing remote teams and overseeing day-to-day operations Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field Salary : Php22,000.00 – Php25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
