We are searching for a mid to senior-level operations manager to join our foundational operations team. This is a mission-critical role that will have significant ownership of the future of the business and key projects.
Responsibilities: Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Find ways to increase quality of the customer experience
Requirements and skills: Proven work experience as Operations Manager or Project Manager
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
High proficiency with Airtable and Google Drive
Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
Plus points if you have experience with the following: Tech product management
Service-based businesses
Startups
Software quality assurance
