Operations Manager

FILINVEST COMPANY: COUNTRYWIDE WATER SERVICES INC. JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the day-to-day technical operations of facilities/network assets from sources to distribution and ensure operational efficiency, continuous business operations and compliance with regulatory bodies. He/she will also be responsible in integrating performance goals with budget and financial resources to effectively operate the project sites.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
TECHNICAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Plans, controls and monitors the day-to-day technical operations of water and wastewater system from facility to distribution network. Manages water and wastewater quality compliance of all facilities and project sites at all times. Analyzes and provide up-to-date technical report for managements information and decision. Develops tactical and execution plans to achieve set performance targets on Revenue, Billed Volume (BV) and Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Build strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders including customers, principals and employees. Develop financial monitoring and budget plans necessary for the projects performance. Build strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders including customers, principals and employees. Ensures implementation of maintenance program for assets of water and wastewater system from facility to distribution network through standard operating procedures. Plans, monitors and maintains daily operations efficiency dashboard of project sites. NON-REVENUE WATER MANAGEMENT
Conducts regular NRW audits of operations to assess network distribution efficiencies and resources requirement. Provide and implement NRW activities to resolve concerns for physical and commercial losses.
