About the Role: We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to optimize our internal organizational framework, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our account managers, providing them with greater autonomy to excel in their roles. This, in turn, enables our company founders to focus their energies on exploring new business opportunities and pioneering innovative ideas to drive the company forward.
Responsibilities: Oversee account managers, their portfolios, and associated teams. Ensures seamless coordination among all teams, clients, and guests. Conduct ongoing evaluation of our core systems, with a focus on enhancing efficiency as our portfolio expands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflow. Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and productivity. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the organization. Requirements With experience in property management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational proficiency and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in project management tools and software Proficiency in Notion is a plus Proficiency and access to iMessage is required. Proficiency in AirBnb, VRBO, Hospitable and PriceLabs are required
