OPERATIONS MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY:
 
Responsible in managing the organization in Cebu which provides back-office support to HQ Singapore. Coordinates between departments and operating units in day-to-day administrative and general operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adheres compliance to government regulations in running Cebu Office
Provides back-office support in HQ Singapore office
Sets up systems and improvements
Ensures staffs are well trained and mentored for improvements
Ensures finance team able to support company's overall financial accounts
Collaborates with global offices & sites manager (e.g. documentation, statutory processing, AGM document preparations, etc.)
Collaborates with Site manufacturing engineers
Manage purchasing team in the procurement of manufacturing parts and payment processing
Oversee that different departments able to support and ensure that product is delivered on time including shipment
Collaborates with the Sales Team for administrative support
Collaborates with Finance Team (Invoices, Payment deadlines, Virtual Office contracts, Sales Contracts, Web app subscriptions, etc.)
Performs and adheres
to department and company policies and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS:
A Master's degree in Business Administration or specialization in operations management, Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Engineering, etc., is a great merit and advantage.
A minimum of 5 years solid experience in operations management position or consultancy providing support for upper-level management in a similar or related industry like manufacturing, engineering services or solutions and equipment.
Extensive knowledge of operations enhancement strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and business management software like ERP (SAP)
Superb leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and clients.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
Thorough understanding of office management procedures and legal contracts management
Proficiency in MS Office
