**Job Description:**
Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Davao City. This part-time role is tailored for mid-to-senior level professionals with extensive experience in operations management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational capabilities and ensuring that all processes adhere to the company's strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Operational Strategy Development:** Collaborate with senior management to develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies that align with the company's goals.
- **Process Improvement:** Conduct regular assessments of operational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- **Team Leadership:** Provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a high-performance culture that encourages teamwork, engagement, and accountability.
- **Budget Management:** Assist in the development and management of budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet operational needs while adhering to financial targets.
- **Vendor Management:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge operational performance and adherence to service levels; prepare detailed reports for management review.
- **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, implementing necessary training for team members as required.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall business objectives.
- **Customer Experience Enhancement:** Analyze customer feedback and operational data to enhance service delivery and address any operational challenges impacting customer satisfaction.
- **Risk Management:** Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to optimize business continuity and minimize impacts on operations.

**Requirements:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
- Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership presence, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Resilient and energetic personality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in the ICT industry or telecom services is a plus.
