Coordinates activities with concerned personnel regarding pick up and distribution of materials,
equipment, machinery, and supplies supervision in achieving high quality product result.
Source out suppliers of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
Liaises and coordinates with other company units concerning the department's requirements particularly on sourcing and costing issues.
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
Participate and assists in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Develops and recommends short- and long-term departmental objectives consistent with organizational goals.
Recommends departmental plans and budgets and conducts activities in accordance with approved plans and budgets.
Ensures that all branches meet the performance standards on the following:
Company Sales Targets
Company Profit Targets
Quality Freshness Service (QFS)
Cleanliness and Hygiene
Evaluates efficiency and effectivity of Hub and Center production and management systems and recommends/assists in development of improvement.
Supervises Store Employees in the achievement, monitoring and controlling of the overall performance of all hubs and centers.
Ensures the continuous training and development of all Store Employees to make them more efficient and effective in their assigned task and responsibilities.
Evaluate performance of Store Employees discusses with them performance standard and elicits suggestions from them regarding corrective measures.
Oversees manpower planning of crew and management team.
Coordinates and communicates directly with other departments and divisions concerning day to day operational matters.
Facilitates dissemination of Branch related reports and information. Conducts regular meetings with Store OICs.
Oversees effective implementation of programs and systems in the Hub and Center level of the division.
