Operations Manager

A Senior Nurse with experience in handling a Hospital with skills of administration
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in an overseas placement agency is an advantage
- Managing and Monitoring of the entire order from accreditation at the POEA until deployment
- Must be able to execute and deliver an order closed by the marketing division
- Work with marketing team to study orders in pipeline, decide on the Recruitment Services Agreement
- Will manage a team of Recruitment Specialists in Manila, Cebu and Davao
- Provides reports to finance with proper forecasting and budgeting

**Salary**: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
