Operations Manager

To lead the management of operations in the area coverage and to create or develop strategy in order to achieve sales and/or profitability targets;

To recommend process improvement, and ensure consistent and efficient management of area operations to maximize sales, reduce operating expenses, and ensure consistent and excellent customer service;

To monitor store operations in the areas of quality, customer service, safety and security, facilities management and equipment maintenance;

To identify market opportunities and potential of the area;

To create a high-performance culture in the entire area operations by adopting people management practices that emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity standards and goal attainment.
