Operations Manager - Data Science

Responsibilities: Performance Management: Supervise daily operations of the Data Science Team, assessing performance and productivity. Establish, track and review KPIs and SLAs for continuous enhancement. Lead the team in process gap identification and innovative solution implementation. Handle functional issues and escalations, escalating to executive level when necessary.People Management: Manage the hiring, training, and development process in collaboration with Learning and Development. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding operations. Lead and evaluate team leads, maintaining team adherence to policies, procedures and attendance requirements. Conduct workforce planning and manage attrition.Client Management: Spearhead initiatives to boost CSAT and service quality. Handle 2nd level escalations and client concerns promptly. Maintain open and proactive communication with clients and ensure timely report delivery. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required.3+ years in management and leadership roles.Excellent skills in people and performance management, project management, and data analysis.Strong written and oral English communication skills.Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing processes.Proactive, self-starter, results-oriented, customer-focused, and flexible with work schedule.Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Aptitude for root cause analysis and problem-solving.Willingness to work in Pasay office once a week or daily during client visits.Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.Demonstrated sense of urgency and achievement.
