Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and refine collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize delinquencies.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance through KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Case Management: Handle escalated and complex collection cases, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Customer
Service and Risk Management, to optimize the collections process and improve overall customer experience.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, collection rates, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
The Ideal Candidate Experience:
Must have experience in managing team leaders
Currently working in retail credit or 3rd party agency
Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Must have experience in managing a team of 50+ FTEs
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with collections software and tools, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite.
