Job Description The Operations Manager of Template.Net (SaaS) is responsible for overseeing the core operations of the company's site in the Philippines - Cebu City. The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing, executing, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and improving all processes, policies, and procedures to meet the company's performance goals.
The Operations Manager directly reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and strategically executes or puts into action the CEO's vision, ideas, and directives.
Job Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of all departments to successfully hit all targets and goals.Oversee the company's internal and external operations through analysis, reports, charts, employee feedback, and customer queries.Support the production process by checking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing feedback and improvements when necessary.Develop, implement, and enforce quality control of the company's processes, policies, and procedures when improvement or modification is necessary.Ensure that the product (templates, designs, contents) meets the company's quality standards and specifications and conduct regular quality checks with the team leaders.Coordinate with different teams to foster communication and exchange of insights and ideas to further improve the product.Spearhead and actively get involved in all projects to ensure they are effectively managed.Set effective timeframes and benchmarks to meet the needs of the customers and employees.Identify potential opportunities to maximize workforce productivity.Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports using extensive data or feedback and share the report with the Leadership Team.Communicate extensively with India and Vietnam offices to liaise effectively and share critical information to help improve the product (design template).Promote employee morale and performance through various long-term initiatives.Manage and direct the employees of the company to monitor their performance, progress, and development.Monitor the recruitment process of the company to ensure that the hired individuals understand the requirements, values, and goals of the company.Work with the marketing team to visualize innovative marketing strategies to boost company sales, brand name recognition, and reputation.Address any and all concerns that involve the employees, core operations, and other situations within the company.Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or in a similar role (SaaS).
