Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Intern to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various projects, including the PASIA Global Warehouse Assessment and Certification (PGWAC) program, logistics management, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with our team of industry experts to support the execution of key projects and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

JOB ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the coordination and execution of the PASIA Global Warehouse Assessment and Certification (PGWAC) program, including client sourcing, compiling assessment reports, and communication with clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and promotional activities.
Participate in process improvement projects aimed at optimizing warehouse operations.
Conduct research and analysis to support the development of supply chain strategies and best practices.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Support ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Schedule:

8 hour shift (Monday - Friday)



Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
