**Position Overview**

Reporting to the Operations Integration Manager (OIM), the Operations Integration Specialist (OIS) is the churn behind supporting our local property management companies and a force multiplier, enhancing the OIM's ability to manage more acquired companies.
Responsibilities will vary between regular administrative tasks supporting the day-to-day operation of acquired companies and participating in interdepartmental projects to migrate companies onto our centralized platform.
To be successful, this role will be filled by a smart, proactive, detail-oriented and diplomatic professional.

**Description/Duties**:
1.
Assist OIM with onboarding newly acquired companies
- 2.
Prepare weekly meeting agendas for acquired companies; review & complete assigned action items
- 3.
Spotcheck leasing ads, online reviews, maintenance tickets, vacancy notes, delinquency notes and other/similar acquired company work product
- 4.
Assist OIM with operational, accounting and sales & marketing reports
- 5.
Organize and maintain acquired company databases - personnel, leases, licenses, insurance, etc.
- 6.
Support migration/integration of acquired companies
- 7.
Curate OIM checklists, procedures and templates
- 8.
Provide general support and assistance for acquired companies
- 9.
Be (or become) familiar with Poplar's central backend operations, systems and softwares
- 10.
Support various special projects for acquired companies, migrated companies, OIM and COO.
- 11.
Provide prompt, professional and cuterious service to all internal and external stakeholders, colleagues, customers and industry partners

**Required Qualifications**

1.
Read, write and speak English fluently
- 2.
Perform basic mathematical operations
- 3.
Able to type 50 words per minute
- 4.
Above average technological aptitude
- 5.
High school diploma or equivalent
- 6.
Exceptional customer service
- 7.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software

**Desired Experience**:

- 1.
Two years of real estate industry experience, preferably in residential property management
- 2.
Two years of mid-senior level administrative support experience (or equivalent), preferably in the real estate industry
- 3.
Knowledge of common landlord/tenant regulations and best practices
- 4.
Experience with AppFolio or other property management software
- 5.
Experience with Google suite of software
- 6.
Experience with SalesForce and/or other scalable CRMs

**ADA/OSHA Requirements**

1.
Able to work in a stationary environment
- 2.
Able to operate a telephone and computer for several hours at a time

**Nature of Position**
- This position will work a standard 40 hours per work week, Monday through Friday, pacific time (UTC-7).
With advance notice, Employer reserves the right to amend the Employee's work schedule as business needs dictate.
Any preferred personal time off, will be requested by Employee, in writing, in advance.
