Operations Head

Core Responsibilities:

- Implements policies, procedures, and organizational structure for assigned operating unit within the framework of corporate policy.
- Ensures the smooth site operations, select and review key vendors.
- Assists in the establishment and ensures compliance of operational unit's short-term and long-term goals with overall corporate objectives
- Responsible to meet department's KPI

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Economics and other related/equivalent courses.
- With at least 5 years experience in logistics, shipping and port operations in a managerial level.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent decision making and time management skills
- Flexible and can easily adapt to changes in work environment

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surigao City, Surigao del Norte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
