Job Description:
As an Operations Associate at Penshoppe, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company while working remotely. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational processes and procedures. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures- Monitor and maintain inventory levels- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptable and energetic personality- Strong negotiation and analytical skills- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent- Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines- No prior experience required
