Responsible for Client performance reporting and incident reporting in coordination with myEntrego (Retail) Leads.
Accurate resource planning based on volume of packages received Eliminate losses, damages that result in Claims filing Monitor and 'Close' any open order that are beyond the agreed SLA Acceptance and Sorting of packages from Amicassa across all 3PL, Endorsement of packages to other 3PL Preparation / Waybill Generated / Letter Shopping Resolve or escalate Exemptions within 24H Monitoring of all documents endorse to Mailroom and CLOSE Incident Reports in 72H Submit Client related reports at 95% Practice strict coordination to achieve OTD SLA Consolidate Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports Received and Process of Billings Collaborate with LM team Address and resolve issues of non compliance Health and Safety protocols and projects Polite, clear, concise, and updated feedback to internal and external customers Act as group Team Leader from time to time Job Qualifications: At least college level With work experience in: Mailroom Operations Account Management Report analysis Proficient in excel Result oriented Flexible and adaptable With basic communication and Customer service skills Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
