Job Description

Help the instructor in facilitating the online training program
Monitor and participate in the selection process of the student
Organize pre-bootcamp enrollment and onboarding
Coordinate with instructors on the activities and projects of trainees
Collaborate with instructor to better manage student cohort
Create proper documentation of cohort and progress
Gather feedback from trainees
Respond to and manage student and teacher concerns; work with cross-functional teams to handle special concerns when needed
Assists in arranging the training and certification of instructors
Other tasks deemed appropriate by management

Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder in education, business, or related fields;
At least 1 year of experience coordinating organization, school/online organization
Must have facilitation skills and passion for engaging with trainees
Familiar with using web-based learning platforms and modern online teaching tools
Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Workspace
Ability to handle multiple tasks with good organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino);
Logical, accurate, and detail-oriented with great organizational skills;

As an Operations Associate, your goal is to enable a seamless, convenient, and desirable overall experience for students and instructors as they enter learning systems so that each and every partner is equipped with the information and support they need to succeed in their bootcamp.
This involves managing many different processes, from student enrollment and career-building to teacher employment and training.
