Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the smooth functioning of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the implementation and execution of operational policies and procedures.

- Support the sales and dispatch team in coordinating and prioritizing tasks and job orders

- Provide assistance to the cleaning team as needed

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and materials as needed.

- Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees.

- Provide administrative support, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Support the finance team in various tasks.

- Assist with data entry, analysis, and reporting as needed.

- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
