**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **General Operations Support:**
- Assist in daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and optimize workflow.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are available and stocked appropriately.
2. **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain accurate records related to operations, including inventory logs, supply orders, and operational reports.
- Prepare documentation for operational procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
3. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to team initiatives.
- Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and feedback to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support team members in achieving daily and weekly operational goals.
4. **Quality Control:**
- Ensure product quality by conducting regular inspections and monitoring adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in operations, contributing to problem-solving efforts.
5. **Customer Support:**
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries related to operations and product delivery.
- Maintain a positive representation of Century Pacific Food, Inc. by delivering excellent customer service.
6. **Project Participation:**
- Contribute to special projects aimed at improving operational processes and enhancing productivity.
- Support the implementation of new technologies or systems designed to optimize operations.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data entry and management systems.
- **Personality Traits:**
