Operations Associate

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This is a part-time role with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing the company's operational processes and procedures.
2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
3. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
4. Assist in project management and implementation of new initiatives.
5. Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets.
6. Provide support in resolving operational issues and challenges.
7. Assist in conducting research and analysis to improve operational efficiency.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
