Operations Associate

Job Description:

Shopee Philippines is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across various departments. This position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Assist with inventory management and tracking- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement- Assist in project management and implementation of new processes- Support in resolving operational issues and implementing solutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes

Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proven experience in operations management- Driven and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
