Operations Associate

Job Description:

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Operations Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. As an Entry-Level Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness- Provide support to various departments within the organization- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals- Handle administrative tasks as needed- Support the management team in various projects and initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred- Strong decision-making and analytical skills- Excellent communication and organizational abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
