Operations Associate

QUALIFICATION- With Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Operations Management, BS in Civil Engineering or any related course to Project Management- With 2-5 years working experience related in Operational/Project Management- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- High attention to detail- Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn- Ability to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision- With knowledge on ISO 9001 Standards- Can perform Audit of Internal process, procedures and guidelines- Possesses Driver's License with 1 and 2 restrictionsDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Complete clerical and administrative tasks, such as monitoring of tasks and deliverables, recording of project related files, drafting of policies and procedures- Review current policies and procedures- Make recommendations for business performance improvement- Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations- Conduct Internal Audit to subsidiary companies- Prepare and present Internal Audit Report- Conduct Investigation of Incident Report from Operations and provide recommendations based on gathered facts and evidences**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
