Operations Associate

Job Description:

United Laboratories is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in operations or a related field. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, dedicated to achieving goals, and possesses excellent attention to detail and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operational activities of the company
- Support the Operations Manager in coordinating and managing various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in operations or a similar role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
