The main purpose is to handle settlement of securities, corporate actions, upliftment and lodgment of stocks. Responsibilities Monitors the customer's and FMSBC's securities inventories. Processes transfer of shares from SCCP to PDTC and vice versa. Performs EQTRADE functions and updates BOSS accordingly. Monitors and processes cash and stock dividends, stock rights declarations, IPO subscriptions, Tender Offer availment, and other Corporate Actions. Processes lodgment and upliftment of securities. Prepares certification of stockholdings and/or proxy forms for clients during stockholders' meetings and for other purposes. Maintains regular securities inventory. Complies with internal and external policies and regulations. Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned. Qualifications Education: College graduate of a four-year business course preferably in accounting or management, or at least two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent Experience: 2 – 3 years related to investments booking, loans processing, banking operations Knowledge: Basic accounting principles, MS Office applications, cash settlement and/or stock trading operations Skills: Arithmetic reasoning, computation and clerical perception Personality: Organized and systematic, analytical, patient and good with details Benefits of working as a Operations Associate in Philippines:
