About the job Operations Associate - Customer Associate FILINVEST COMPANY:FILINVEST LAND, INC. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Processes bank financing and re-financing account for a particular bank within the given standard processing time - starting from the endorsement of account information and documents to banks, reviewing of bank guaranty, and, lastly, until loan payments are received and completed in the system.
2. Effectively and appropriately communicates and assists clients (buyers and partner banks) through phone, email, or face-to-face interaction, to address their concerns and also collect necessary documentation and/or payments from clients for the bank loan to be processed within the given standard processing time.
3. Ensures that service requests assigned to him/her are resolved/ completed within a set turnaround time.
4. Sends daily productivity/ accomplishment report to the Customer Financing-Bank Team Lead.
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Filipino Preferably Less than 1-year of experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
