\n What you'll do:Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to driver behavior or service quality.Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve issues promptly.Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for drivers.Identify training needs and recommend improvements to enhance overall driver quality. What we seek:Someone who can easily speak with our partner riders and be approachable when needed What you'll need:Customer Service Experience handling L2 concernsWillingness to work onsite in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
