Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing resources, supervising teams, implementing operational policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
? Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflows across departments.
? Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
? Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
? Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance objectives.
? Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
? Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and strategies.
? Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
? Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
? Monitor customer feedback to drive service improvements.
Qualifications:
? Must have experience in Marketing and Sales
? Must have experience with E-wallet platforms like Gcash and Paymaya
? Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
? Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
? Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.
Education and Experience
? Bachelor's degree
Schedule:
? 5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
? 9 hours duty including 1-hour break
Compensation and Benefits:
? 70,000.00 and above

While we initially required a Japanese bilingual candidate, it is now acceptable if the candidate does not speak Japanese. However, Japanese language proficiency remains preferred.
